At Markers & Headstones, we understand the importance of perfection in memorialization and offer a 30-day return policy for any non-customized products. Due to the permanent nature of engraved items, personalized memorials are only eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged or contain manufacturing errors.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

  Documentation & Review

  For damaged or incorrect items, please provide high-resolution photos of the marker and its packaging to expedite our quality control review.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, carefully repackage the item in its original protective crate or box to prevent structural damage during the return transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse inspects the returned memorial, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
